Forming an Association

During our last reunion, I tossed around the idea of forming a squadron association.

The idea is that the association would be for all Marines who served with 251 at any time from WW2 to the present. The aim is to perpetuate its history and to provide college scholarships for descendants of 251 Marines (this will take time implement). A quarterly newsletter to keep members informed should alaso be created.

To do this we need to track down as many Tbolters as we can and let them know of the plan in order to build up members.

Selection of officers would be done at a future reunion. It would be a 501c3 non-profit organization. We would need to file papers with the IRS to make this official. Volunteers are needed to track down fellow Tbolters:

Coordinator North -
Coordinator South -
Coordinator Central -
Coordinator West -
